Jovaris CRM is a private, internal-use customer relationship and operations platform built for our office. It combines lead management, customer records, sales-agent and employee operations, attendance tracking, reminders, commission reporting, and an office visitor log into a single role-based system, available on Web, Android, and iOS.

Who we are

Jovaris Tech is a private limited company headquartered in Hyderabad, India. The Jovaris CRM application is operated by Jovaris Tech for the exclusive use of our authorised employees, agents, and administrators. The app is not available to the general public; it is distributed privately via Apple Custom App Distribution and Google Managed Play.

What the app does

• Lead & customer management — capture prospective customers, assign them to agents and employees, and track them through to closed policies.
• Attendance tracking — daily GPS-verified sign-in / sign-out for field employees, with admin reporting.
• Reminders — automatic follow-up reminders for assigned agents and employees.
• Commission reporting — per-person business and commission summary for admins.
• Visitor log — public form for office walk-ins.

Privacy & security

We treat all employee, agent, and customer data as sensitive. Data in transit is encrypted with TLS 1.3 and at rest with AES-256. Access is restricted by role-based permissions. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.

• Operated under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India).
• Data residency: primarily within India / region designated by hosting providers.
