Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Jovaris CRM application and web portal (the "App") operated by Jovaris Tech ("we", "us"). By signing in to the App, you accept these Terms.

2. Authorised Use

The App is provided to authorised employees, agents, and administrators of our company. You may not share your credentials, attempt to access another user's account, or use the App for any purpose outside the scope of your employment or agency agreement.

3. Your Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
  • You may delete your account at any time through Settings → Account → Delete My Account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
  • Upload viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.
  • Misuse the App to harass, defame, or violate the rights of others.
  • Submit false information or impersonate another person.
  • Use the App to violate any applicable law, including the DPDP Act 2023.

5. Data & Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App you consent to that policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including all software, design, branding, and content, is the intellectual property of Jovaris Tech and its licensors. Customer and lead data you enter on behalf of the company belongs to the company.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend or modify the App at any time for maintenance, security, or business reasons.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms, leave the company, or for any other lawful reason. You may terminate your account at any time as described in Section 3.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jovaris Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of [City], India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.
