Terms of Service

The terms governing your use of the Jovaris CRM web portal and mobile apps.

01 · Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Jovaris CRM, the customer-relationship-management web portal at www.jovariscrm.com and its companion Android and iOS apps (collectively, the "Services"), operated by Jovaris Tech ("Jovaris Tech", "we", "us", or "our"). By signing in to or using the Services, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

02 · Authorised Use

The Services are provided to authorised employees, agents, and administrators of our organisation. You may not share your credentials, attempt to access another user's account, or use the Services for any purpose outside the scope of your employment or agency relationship with us.

03 · Your Account

  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
  • You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete My Account, or at www.jovariscrm.com/delete-account.

04 · Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Services.
  • Upload viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.
  • Use the Services to harass, defame, or violate the rights of others.
  • Submit false information or impersonate another person.
  • Use the Services to violate any applicable law, including the DPDP Act, 2023.

05 · Data & Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services you acknowledge that policy.

06 · Intellectual Property

The Services — including all software, design, branding, and content — are the intellectual property of Jovaris Tech and its licensors. Lead, customer, and other work records you enter on behalf of the company belong to the company.

07 · Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend or modify the Services at any time for maintenance, security, or business reasons.

08 · Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms, leave the organisation, or for any other lawful reason. You may terminate your account at any time as described in Section 03.

09 · Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10 · Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jovaris Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Services.

11 · Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, India.

12 · Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by email. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.
