Common issues

  • Forgot password? Use the "Forgot Password" link on the sign-in screen — a reset link will be emailed to you.
  • Account locked or disabled? Email support@jovariscrm.com with your registered email and we'll investigate within one business day.
  • Want to delete your account? Visit /delete-account or use the in-app option in Settings → Account.
  • Privacy concerns? Reach our Grievance Officer at privacy@jovariscrm.com. We respond within 30 days.

Bug reports

If you encounter a bug, email support@jovariscrm.com with the following details:

  • Your registered email
  • Device model and OS version
  • Step-by-step reproduction
  • Screenshot or screen recording if possible
  • Approximate time the issue occurred (so we can match logs)
