Delete Your Account
Request deletion of your Jovaris CRM account and associated personal data.
What gets deleted
- Your account credentials (name, email, phone, password).
- Your profile data (photo, designation, contact details).
- Your personal preferences and notification settings.
What may be retained (and why)
- Lead and customer records you created — these belong to the company, but your name is anonymised after deletion.
- Attendance and audit records — retained as required by labour law, with personal identifiers anonymised.
We process deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive an email confirmation when deletion is complete. If you do not receive confirmation, contact our Grievance Officer at privacy@jovariscrm.com.
