Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They let the site remember your actions and preferences over time. We also use similar technologies such as browser local storage — this Policy refers to all of them collectively as "cookies."
This Cookie Policy explains what we store on the Jovaris CRM web portal at www.jovariscrm.com, why we store it, and the controls you have. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
02 · Categories We Use
Essential
Required for the portal to function — to keep you securely signed in, remember a device you have verified, and maintain your session. These cannot be turned off without breaking core functionality.
Preference
Remember small interface choices, such as your theme and whether the navigation sidebar is expanded or collapsed, to give you a consistent experience.
We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or cross-site tracking of any kind. We do not participate in third-party ad networks, and we do not sell or share this data.
03 · Cookies & Storage We Set

All of the above are first-party — set by Jovaris CRM itself. We do not load third-party tags or trackers. The companion Android and iOS apps do not use cookies; they store your session securely on the device.
04 · Managing Your Preferences
- Browser settings — most browsers let you block or delete cookies and clear site storage. Doing so will sign you out of the portal.
- Signing out — clears your session and trusted-device storage for that browser.
Because we only use essential and preference items, there is no advertising or analytics to opt out of. Blocking essential storage will prevent you from staying signed in.
05 · Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy if our usage changes or when required by law. The "Effective" date at the top of this page indicates when the latest version took effect.
